TRAINING

Jeffrey has built his incredible physique through years of hard work and dedication through the years. He uses a variety of compound lifts, with isolation exercises such as bicep curls and tricep extensions.

Here’s Jeffrey ’s training checklist:

  • “Cardio is only right before a show.”

NUTRITION

Like most professional bodybuilders, Jeffrey knows that he requires a lot of calories to maintain his huge muscles. His off-season is less restrictive, meaning he’ll eat most foods he feel like eating. At times, he’ll go up to 240 lbs in weight.

However, when he’s planning his nutrition before a competition, he’ll become more strict with his food choices and calories, dropping down in weight to 215 lbs.

Jeffrey ’s Bulking Diet

Meal 1:
5 whole eggs
4 slices whites bread with butter
2 bananas
8oz juice

Meal 2:
2 cheeseburgers
Large fries
Large soda

Meal 3:
Something extra greasy
Steak and cheese
Fries and chicken nuggets

Meal 4:
2 double cheeseburgers

Meal 5:
Bucket of fried chicken
Mac and Cheese, and biscuits

 

Jeffrey ’s Cutting Diet

Meal 1:
6 egg whites
Oatmeal
Banana
Black coffee

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
Baked potato

Meal 3:
8oz chicken breast, and quart rice

Meal 4:
8 oz chicken breast, and quart rice

Meal 5:
Fresh water fish
Broccoli or asparagus

Meal 6:
Fresh fish
Broccoli or asparagus

JEFFREY ’S SUPPLEMENTS

For supplements, Jeff uses glutamine, a fat burner, taurine and L-Carnitine. As for protein, he’ll use a good quality whey protein throughout the whole year.
